Other details once logged in may include name, address, phone numbers or communication dialogue with the manager/agent who is authorised to provide approved documents.
Data is used for the primary purpose of providing these services to you and the agent. We do not disclose your information to any other 3rd party.
Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss or from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
If a password reset is selected it will be sent to your nominated email address to make sure this is kept up to date with your agent who supplies this data to Rentalz OnDemand.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained and the agent De-activates your account, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify any Personal Information.
