
Reset Password
To reset your password, we will require you to confirm your identity based on the information provided at the time of activation of your Rentalz OnDemand Account.
Simply enter your email address and we will send an email to reset your password with a new authorisation code.
Once you have received your new authorisation code, you will be able to change your Username and/or Password for your Rentalz OnDemand Account.
NOTE: If you are trying to reset the password only for 'Agency Maintenance' page, enter just the email you use to sign in there and leave 'OnDemand username' field blank.
